Invoice2ngine Privacy Policy

Effective 14 October 2026

Invoice2ngine is an offline-first quotation and invoice application. Core business data—including business details, customer and product records, quotations, invoices, payments, tax settings, and locally generated documents—is stored in the app's private storage on the user's device. Invoice2ngine does not operate a developer backend, analytics service, advertising service, or tracking system.

Optional Google Services

Internet access is used only for features the user chooses that require Google services.

  • Optional Google Drive backup stores encrypted backup files in the connected user's private Google Drive app-data folder. Google processes authorisation and storage under its own terms.
  • Google Play Billing processes an optional Pro purchase. Invoice2ngine receives product and purchase-status information but does not receive payment-card details.
  • Purchase tokens, PINs, encryption keys, and backup passwords are not included in business backups or diagnostic logs.

User-Directed Sharing

PDF and backup export or sharing occurs only when the user initiates it and chooses a destination or receiving application. Biometric authentication is handled by Android; Invoice2ngine does not receive or store biometric data. The app requests no location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, call-log, advertising-ID, or broad storage permission.

Retention and Deletion

Local data remains until the user deletes it through supported workflows, clears app storage, or uninstalls the app. Google Drive backups remain until the user deletes them in Invoice2ngine or through the connected Google account. Disconnecting Google Drive stops future access but does not delete local data or existing cloud backups. Invoice2ngine does not create an online developer account, so there is no remote Invoice2ngine account to delete.

Security

Device-bound backups can be restored only with the originating Android Keystore key. Portable backups use authenticated encryption and a user-selected recovery password. Users should keep independent verified backups and protect that password; Invoice2ngine cannot recover it.
